RETURN POLICY
Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 21 days from the date the order is marked as delivered.
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags attached
- No stains, odors, or signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final Sale items
- Items discounted 40% or more
- Items returned outside of the 21-day return window
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@bobilosangelesshop.us with your order number and return request.
All returns must be authorized prior to being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist you.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on www.bobilosangelesshop.us.
